The Beer Essentials strives to ship all items so that they will arrive in tact and meet the expectations of our customers.  We understand that sometimes due to circumstances beyond our or our customers’ control that this is not always a reality.  Therefore we have established the following policies to try and balance the unforeseen.

All website purchase returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product as tracked by the shipping carrier.  All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  We will only accept returns on new, unopened items.  Perishable and/or dated items are never returnable/refundable.  You will be credited back for the cost of the product (less initial shipping, handling fees, and taxes) once we have received it back in new/sellable condition.  

The exception to the above policy is if the return is the result of an error on our part.  Did we ship the incorrect item?  Is the item defective?  If so please contact us directly for instructions on how to proceed.

It is our intent to always ship products that are of like or better quality than is shown on our website.  Due to frequent changes made by our manufacturers not all items may be exactly as shown on our website ie. sometimes we receive items from our vendors that are not the same color as represented on the website for example t-corks may arrive with a black vs. a red t-top. 

Please note computer monitors differ in how they represent color and we will not be responsible for slight variations in shade/color of items sold.  This includes but is not limited to items such as:  shrinks, bottles, bottle caps, labels, beer/wine additives, malts and grains.  

Should you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately.  If the package arrived damaged and you feel it may be the fault of the carrier you have the option to refuse the package or if already delivered retain ALL packing materials and contact the carrier to begin a claims process.  We will reship replacement items upon completion of the claim.
