Vintner's Harvest Fruit Purees
Fruit purees can be added directly to the primary fermenter for beer or mead or to enhance Vintner's Harvest Fruit Wine Bases.
Our Vintner's Harvest is a seedless puree. As such should be used in lesser quantities than fresh fruit.
If you are considering using fresh fruit we recommend the following usage of Vintners Harvest Fruit Purees:
Apricot - 20% less
Blackberry - 15% less
Blueberry - 10% less
Cherry - 25% less
Peach - 20% less
Raspberry - 15% less
